High School

Dear Warrior Nation, My name is Michael Leach and I am the proud Principal of Ozaukee High School. I have worked with the Northern Ozaukee School District since 2017 and serve in the roles of High School Principal and Executive Director of Wisconsin Virtual Learning in the district. I have been lucky to work in the education field for the past 20 years, serving in roles as a Classroom Teacher, Principal, Curriculum Director, and other administrative roles. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, Master's Degree from Cardinal Stritch University, and I am working on my Doctorate from Cardinal Stritch University currently. Along with being a lifelong learner, I am married to an educator and live in Menomonee Falls, WI with my three children. My three kids keep me busy with coaching, working on things around my house, and being a dad. I enjoy boating, fishing, and camping in my free time. I am proud to be a member of the Northern Ozaukee School District and look forward to talking with you about any ideas on how to make your students' school experience at OHS as amazing as possible.
